Soya Beans (100g)

A nutrient-dense legume known for its high protein content and versatility in plant-based diets. They can be found in various forms, including tofu, soy milk, tempeh, and edamame, making them a staple for vegetarians and vegans. In addition to being high in protein, soybeans are rich in fibre, healthy fats, and essential amino acids, all of which contribute to heart health, muscle growth, and overall well-being.

Organic Soya Beans are a more sustainable and healthier choice, with a lower environmental impact. They are non-GMO and cultivated without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, which makes them not only healthier but also better for the planet. Organic farming promotes soil health, reduces water pollution, and may yield beans with higher nutrient levels. It also supports biodiversity and avoids the use of harmful agricultural chemicals, benefiting both consumers and the environment.

Soya Beans originate from East Asia, where they have been cultivated for over 5,000 years, particularly in China and Japan. Historically valued for their nutritional benefits, they spread worldwide through trade. Today, major producers include the United States, Brazil, and China, with organic farming methods gaining popularity for their sustainability and health benefits.
