The Sheffield is Sweet Enough campaign aims to help families avoid the dangers of too much sugar in their diets by sharing the facts on different foods, recommended daily limits, low-sugar alternatives and swaps and a range of recipes.
The campaign wants to ensure that anyone who would benefit from the content in the book has access to a copy, so there is a buy-1-give-1 aspect where for every book purchased, another copy will be given away for free to someone in the community. These copies will be made available at places such as community centres, schools and libraries across Sheffield.
