Cooking Instructions
Rinse before use. No need to soak. Using 3 parts of liquid (water, stock, etc) to 1 part of dry lentils, cook for 10 mins or pressure cook for 5 mins. Cooking time can be reduced by lightly frying the lentils for a few minutes before cooking.
