Use
Dissolve in lukewarm water (38°C / 100°F) 50ml water for 10g yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir well before using. From 5g to 10g yeast per 1kg flour, according to your formula.
Storage
Keep in a cool and dry place.
