A daisy-like plant native to Europe. It can be found growing wild all over Europe and America. Flower heads used for tea, 1 tsp/5ml per cup, pour over the boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Soothes stomachs and relieves indigestion. Can be used externally as face or mouthwash and rinsing fair hair.
